Problem with Time Card
Import from QuickbooksTM Desktop 2022 and Enterprise 22.0!
you import time cards from QuickBooksTM,
DO NOT INSTALL THE NEW QUICKBOOKS
2022 or 22.0 VERSIONS.
There is currently
a problem importing time cards from all the new QuickBooksTM Desktop 2022 and
QuickBooksTM Desktop Enterprise 22.0 versions that become available October 12
(including the accountant editions). The time cards will not import! You
will get a message that there are no time cards found. This is due to a bug
in QuickBooks we expect to be fixed. There is an error in the time sheet
details passed from QuickBooks. There is critical information being left out
that makes it impossible to import and correlate a time sheet with a project
and work class to create the time card details in the Quantum Project
Manager. This has been reported to Intuit and we are awaiting a response and
a resolution. We will update our website as more information becomes
available. If you can stay on your current QuickBooks version until this is
resolved, we strongly advise you to do so. We will be working diligently
with Intuit to try to get this resolved asap. Check our website for updates.
If you don't import your time cards from QuickBooks, or you only import
"empty" time cards, then ignore this. All the other QuickBooks
integration features in the Quantum Project Manager do work with the new
2022 and 22.0 versions.
