Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 24.0 (released 7/7/2025):

General 
• Added option to filter project list form and reports to limit list of projects to selected project manager.
• Added several project listing reports to project list form that can be filtered and sorted like the form.
• Added project manager to project listing reports and ability to sort project list by project manager.
• Changed default project email list to also include default CC list for printed documents.
• Added Refresh Counts/Totals button to project form Summary tab to recalculate the total.

• Added ability to create project billing worksheets in Excel for easier distribution and editing.
• Added new Schedule of Values Item Listing report that only includes amounts and not other fields.

• New Massachusetts Weekly Certified Payroll and Workforce Participation Form.

• Updated Missouri Department of Labor certified payroll report.
• Introducing option to import time cards from file exported from Paychex (contact us if interested).
• Added a delete button to the time card list screen to make it easier to delete unneeded time cards.
• Added option to use report number in the file name instead of date when printing reports for date rang
• Added option to create separate PDF files for each week when printing reports for date range
• Includes any updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.
