New Equipment Tracking module now available as part of the Quantum Project Manager in version 18! Track all your equipment and vehicles with this tool that is integrated with the other modules of the Quantum Project Manager.

Here are the changes in Version 18.1 (released 1/2/2020):
• New 2019-12-28v tax table for 2020 rates. It is multi-versioned to work with 2019 or 2020 payroll periods. There is also a separate tax table update available which includes the option to install just the tax table or the tax table and the latest program updates.
• Updated the employee screen to add fields for the new 2020 W-4 federal income tax withholding method. You can use either the 2019 W-4 or the 2020 W-4 (by employee).
• Updated the New York City Office of the Comptroller certified payroll report required Jan 1, 2020. This now includes a new box at the top of the form to indicate if there is a project labor agreement (PLA).

Here are the changes in Version 18.0b (released 10/28/2019):
• Updated certified payroll report MW-562 (dated 9/19) for the New Jersey Department of Labor & Workforce Development. This includes a greatly modified certification page.
• Updated certified payroll report for the New York City Office of the Comptroller released this month and required by Nov 1, 2019. This also includes the option to print an additional question at the top of the form required by the NYC Department of Environmental Protection.

Here are the changes in Version 18.0a (released 9/16/2019):
• Performance improvements when opening a project and using the auto-resize feature.
• Removed security warnings that sometimes appear when opening the program with the data file on a network location.
• Other minor bug fixes.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 18.0 (released 7/8/2019):

Equipment Tracking (NEW MODULE AVAILABLE!)  (Click Here for more information)
• Now available as part of the Quantum Project Manager program.
• Can import data from earlier Equipment Maintenance and Vehicle Tracking programs.
• Enter equipment and vehicle information to easily track details and required tasks.
• Track purchase, sales, insurance, and warranty information.
• Maintenance request and review functions.
• Enter scheduled, completed and recurring maintenance by date or miles/hours readings.
• “Lock Out/Tag Out" procedures and training records for OSHA compliance.
• Track equipment and vehicles by location and supervisor.
• Track costs by materials, labor, other breakdown.
• Track parts and vendors used, print Work Orders.
• Assign equipment to assignees and projects and report on assignment history.

Many other changes included!

General 
• Added new To Do list features. Added ID, status, priority, responsible party, resolution date, and notes.
• Open issues are tracked by project/company, status, priority and appear on the project summary tab.
• Increased security with option to require user id in addition to password to sign into the program.
• Updated project key parties tab to include contact title and project manager name for all modules.


Contractor Billing

• Added electronic signature to notary information and billing plain paper payment applications.
• Added notes column to payment application details line items for improved tracking capabilities.
• Added an option to add a suffix to the billing change order number, e.g., “1-Revised” or “1a”.
• Added an option to print an invoice number on the payment application.
• Changed batch worksheet report to also include projects with an A/R balance due.
• Added an option to print the billing notes and payment app notes on the A/R Balance Detail report.

Certified Payroll Tracking
    (if you don't have this module, you can add it! (Click Here for more information)
• Certified payroll report updates (OH, MO, MA, MN, NJ DOL MW-562, NY Dormitory Authority).
• Added listing reports including summary/detail project lists with last report date and last timecard date.
• Added option to show or hide the employee SSN on timecard detail and summary reports.

• Includes the latest tax table.
• You get all the updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.

Communications    (if you don't have this module, you can add it! (Click Here for more information)
• Added the ability to create submittals from all or selected billing schedule of values line items.
• Added new Daily Reports combined report. Puts all daily report details on one report.
• Added a Work Order tab and report to proposals.
• Made meeting minutes items notes rich text and added form for easier editing of description and notes.

The Quantum Project Manager Program prints information onto original AIA* Contract Documents, which users must purchase from AIA*. This program does not generate any original AIA* Contract Documents.
