Here are the enhanced features in Version 19.0b (released 11/15/2020):
• Improvements to file upload process for IL DOL website portal including ability to create a no work performed file.
• Added CT utilization reports CHRO 257 and CHRO 257b.
• Added electronic signature, printed name/title, and date signed to analysis reports screen to print on utilization reports.
• Changed certified payroll utilization reports to not include employees marked as excluded or owner-operators.
• Added checkbox option to QuickBooks timecard import screen to calculate and set hourly rates that have no hours and would otherwise be set to zero by using other rates and the premium rate factors.
• Changed NY State DOT payroll report to make Workclass field taller and wider to show third line.
• New tax table 2020-10-10v (also available as a tax table update download).

• New feature to create a file to upload to the new Illinois Department of Labor Certified Transcript of Payroll website portal.
• Changed IL Department of Labor Certified Transcript of Payroll report to add columns for double time hours and wage rate.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 19.0 (released 7/6/2020):

General 
• Added project/contract # and job number to the project list filter options.
• Added spec section field to project screen and project list filter options.
• Added sort order to project list to sort by project id, description, project/contract # or job number.
• Added job number column to the project listing report.

• Added an option to print an item code instead of the line # on the schedule of values and pay app.
• Added a ”revised” option to add a suffix to payment application number, e.g., “1-Rev” or “1a”.
• Added billing project #, project/contract #, and job number as sort order options for project listings.
• Added option to filter billing reports, billing worksheets and A/R reports by project manager.
• Added option to print project manager initials on A/R reports.
• Added project/contract #, job number and project manager to billing worksheets.
• Added options to not print billing worksheets if only balance left is retainage or unpaid A/R amount.

Certified Payroll Tracking

• Certified payroll report updates (RI, NV).
• Improvements to QuickBooks integration to reduce project list refresh time & improve error resolution.
• Added an option to close the project after printing the weekly compliance report.
• Added more options when printing reports for a date range including marking last report as final.
• Now able to print multiple copies of certified payroll compliance report to default printer.
• Added to employee detail report (date hired, new W-4 fields, work code, gender, OSHA 10 cert, plan).
• Added option to refresh QuickBooks customer:job list from the timecard import screen.
• Added status filter to QuickBooks certified payroll checklist for employees (all/active/inactive).
• Added status filter to certified payroll checklists for projects (all/open/closed/bidding phase).
• Includes any updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.

Communications

• New continuous option for RFIs, Notices, Transmittals, Submittal Log, Daily Reports, Material Log and Punch Lists to print the signature at the end of the document instead of at the bottom of each page.
• Added an option to print a signature line on the Material List and Punch List reports.
• Can now edit start date, duration, and end date on schedule list form without editing details on task.
• Added an option to include a note on the RFI report that “costs cannot be determined at this time”.
• Added a checkbox option to hide the cost on the RFI and another to indicate it is an estimated cost.
• Added option to set the status when sending documents to the correspondence sent and received logs.
• Added an option to print a third signature line on Proposals.
• Changed Proposals status report to include the cost column.
• Added additional status options to Submittals (Reviewed and Reviewed with Indicated Corrections).
• Added an option on Material List to copy items from Contract/PO.
• Added end time and duration to telephone log and added a telephone log detail report.
• Added an option to copy a telephone log entry to create a new entry.
