Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 23.0 (released 7/8/2024):

General 
• Uses Access 365 32-bit or 64-bit if installed for improved compatibility and security.
• Added two more security options to not allow closing projects and not allow viewing closed projects.
Added spec section column on key parties other parties to allow different sections by project.
• Added new status filter to project list form and report for projects “Open and Not in Bidding Phase”.

• Added option to print PO/Account number on payment application
Added option to print amounts on lines 5a and 5b for retainage even if using variable retainage.
• Added option to Project Listing to show original contract amount and change orders amount columns.
• Added item code to worksheet detail and percent worksheet if using item codes.
• Added report filter to project listing reports for projects open but not in bidding phase.
• Added draft check box on payment apps screen to print “Draft” on payment app next to app number.
• Added option to hide the contractor’s assurance and signature section on the payment application.
• Added option to show the amount due in the certification section on the payment application.
• Added “Since Date” filter option to payment applications listing form and report to limit apps shown.
• Changed to set final checkbox automatically when creating final bill for retainage.
• Changed to append -Rev or -Draft if used to file name when creating a PDF or RTF file.
• Show retainage column by default for new projects.
• Expanded font size options when manually resizing datasheets.


Certified Payroll Tracking

• Includes the latest WH-347 report that expires 9/30/2026 with several new options on how to print the fringe benefit amount after the rate even if not added to gross pay.
New Jersey Department of Labor Wage Hub file upload becomes mandatory August 15, 2024.
• Added option to select which fringe benefit programs should print on the NJ MW-562 certification page or be uploaded.
• Added new analysis report Project Labor Detail by Employee by Week, Project and Work class.
• Added option to filter time card list by Work Class in addition to project, employee and date range
.
• Added button to unpost all reports on and after the selected week ending date instead of one at a time.
• Added option to sort week ending date list in descending order on Print/Unpost Previous Reports screen.
• Expanded font size options when manually resizing datasheets to make datasheets easier to read.
• Includes any updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.

Communications

• Added type field to Drawings to allow tracking specifications in addition to drawings.
• Added ability to filter proposal list by company contact in addition to company.
• Added additional status value “Completed” to proposal form, reports and filtering options.
Changed file name to be unique in proposals print to file if same number used with different companies.
• Added Zoom feature to Proposals description to make editing easier.
• Added filter option to daily report list and log report to show only billable or only not billable entries.
• Added notes column to punch list items form.
Changed Letters salutation, body, closing and signed by rich text fields to allow bolding, underline, etc.
• Added an option to Letters to add a suffix to the letter number (e.g., 1, 1a, 1b).
• Made Letters form taller and fixed record locking issue when using Zoom feature.
• Added CC/Email tab to Telephone Log for CC list on report and option to send to email list.

• Added Contract/Purchase Order Balances and Payments report that includes payments and balance due.
Added ability to filter proposal list by company contact in addition to company.
Changed file name to be unique in proposals print to file if same number used with different companies.

Made changes to ensure the document number suffix is included in the file name when printing to file.
Added scheduling impact and monetary impact check boxes to proposals screen and report.
