Quantum Project Manager
Certified Payroll Reports
New Jersey Department of Labor Payroll Certification File Upload Feature
The Quantum Project Manager version 22.0 now supports creating files that can be uploaded
to the New Jersey Wage Hub website. You do not have to manually enter all the weekly
certified payroll information into the website. Just create the comma-separated
(CSV) files from the Quantum Project Manager, then logon to the New Jersey Wage
Hub and select the option to upload the files. No more double entry! You can
review/edit what was uploaded before you submit it. You can make corrections on
the website or return to the Quantum Project Manager to make any corrections and
re-generate the files.
There is some specific information that is required for the file upload. There
is a new button on the certified payroll compliance report screen to create the
files. You can still print the MW-562 report which has been updated to match the
information in the CSV files and the latest 6/23 report format. Complete instructions are provided on the upload screen
on how to ensure the CSV files are complete and accurate. Instructions for
creating the files and a link to the website to upload the files are provided.

contractors to use the New Jersey Wage Hub starting August 15, 2024.
Let the Quantum Project Manager handle all the work for you. Enter your
projects, employees, work classifications and wage rates once. Enter time cards
each week and let the Quantum Project Manager calculate the taxes and deductions
for you. If you use QuickBooks Desktop to do your payroll, you can import the weekly
timesheet and paycheck information from QuickBooks into the Quantum Project
Manager and create time cards. Then create the CSV files and upload them to the
New Jersey Wage Hub.
