General
• Added employee screen for all modules. Track employees, work schedule and
training/certifications. • Added project/contract #, job number and spec
section and sort order options to project list filter options. • Added
company id and company name filter and sort order options to company list
screen. • Added email support for TLS connection type to enable emailing
through Office 365 or Gmail. • Added ability to add multiple insurance
policies to companies and to the company insurance report. • Added option to
add notary information to contacts and to copy project notary info from contact
info. • Added document folder setting on project to use as default folder
when creating/selecting external files. • Changed customer drop-down list on
general info tab to put inactive companies at the bottom of the list. • Added
option to sworn statement to show columns for original contract and change order
amount. • Fixed issue with sworn statement including contracts & change
orders that were after the period to date. • Changed company drop-down lists
on project screen to put inactive companies at the bottom of the list.

• Added an option to print an item code instead of the line # on the schedule
of values and pay app. • Added a ”revised” option to add a suffix to payment
application number, e.g., “1-Rev” or “1a”. • Added a field to print a
message below the amount due on the payment app (if not using sales tax). •
Added option to create a template from schedule of values including page break
and totals fields. • Added billing project #, project/contract #, and job
number as sort order options for project listings. • Added option to filter
billing reports, billing worksheets and A/R reports by project manager. •
Added options to not print billing worksheets if only balance left is retainage
or unpaid A/R amount. • Added option to bill all items at once using an
overall percent complete to apply to all items. • Added option to bill items

Reports, Drawings, Material List and Punch Lists to print the signature at the
end of the document instead of at the bottom of each page. • Added an option
to print a signature line on the Drawings, Material List and Punch List
reports. • Added company to “From” tab on Notices, Letters, Transmittals and
Submittals. • Can now edit start date, duration, and end date on schedule
list form without editing details on task. • Added an option to include a
note on the RFI report that “costs cannot be determined at this time”. •
Added a checkbox option to hide the cost on the RFI and another to indicate it
is an estimated cost. • Added an option to print a third signature line on
