The list below contains answers to some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers. Click on the links below to find the answers to the questions. 
We suggest however, if you have not done so, please print out and read the program instructions before proceeding.  They will give you a basic understanding of how to use the program and cover many other questions not covered on this screen.

I can't seem to get my Tax Table Registered

When trying to add a Timecard, I can't select any Work Classifications, and when I try to type the work classification in, I get an error message that says, "The text you entered isn't an item on the list"

My taxes aren't being calculated on my timecards.

I can't seem to get my Tax Table Registered

This no longer applies in version 3.1 or above. For version 3.0 and version 2.x, make sure the Company Name is typed EXACTLY as it appears on the paper that you received with your purchase. There should be no punctuation and it is case-sensitive. 
If that looks OK and the correct "Tax Table Registration Number" is typed in, click on the "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER TAX TABLE" button, and you should get a message that reads"Tax Table Registered Successfully". 

If you get a message that says that the Tax Table Registration was "UNSUCCESSFUL" you will need to call Technical Support at (610) 373-4835 and they will resolve your problem for you over the phone.

 

When trying to add a Timecard, I can't select any Work Classifications, and when I try to type the work classification in, I get an error message that says, "The text you entered isn't an item on the list"

You'll first need to make sure you have entered the work classifications on the "WORK CLASSIFICATIONS" screen. If you do have them on that screen, then all you will need to do is :
Go into PROJECTS, find the project that this particular employee was working on, and click on the WAGE RATES button (this is located about halfway down the screen on the right-hand side). Once you are in WAGE RATES, click on the downward pointing arrow under the CLASSIFICATION heading. Here you will see your list of work classifications that you had entered previously. At this point, select the work classes that apply to this particular job (one at a time). Verify or update the hourly amounts.
Make sure you use a new line for each classification. 
Ex: If you have 3 work classes on this job, you should be able to see all 3 with their respective information.

When you have entered all the work classes that apply, close out of Wage Rates and Projects. At this point you may resume your timecard entry. 

You should see your Work Classifications on the timecard now.

 

My taxes aren't being calculated on my timecards.

If your taxes are not being calculated, it is because your tax table isn't registered. 
To register your tax table, go to "Company Information" and look at the section at the bottom regarding the Tax Table Registration.

Make sure the Company Name is typed EXACTLY as it appears on the paper that you received with your purchase. There should be no punctuation and it is case-sensitive. 
If that looks OK and the correct "Tax Table Registration Number" is typed in, click on the "CLICK HERE TO REGISTER TAX TABLE" button, and you should get a message that reads"Tax Table Registered Successfully". (If this is not the case, see below)
Now that your tax table is registered, you will need to go to any timecards that you have already added and click on the "recalculate taxes and deductions" button and you should be fine.

If you get a message that says that the Tax Table Registration was "UNSUCCESSFUL" you will need to call Technical Support at (610)373-4835 and they will resolve your problem for you over the phone.
