7/21/2006 – Version 4.0 (build 117) - This version has many improvements that customers have been asking for.  We have increased our programming efforts and it shows.  In addition to the recent upgrades to PC VirtualBoss, Palm and Pocket VirtualBoss have been upgraded too.  The easiest software just became even easier.

• Improved Linking Features - now change dates on already linked tasks, delete a linked task and it will relink to another task!  It's even easier then before.
• New Right Mouse Options - get to features faster then ever before, plus new added features - easily add a task between two tasks, print/email & fax the a particular task, view job site details, view assignee information, and even more.
• New Advanced Emailing Options - if you don't use Outlook to email, no problem, now just enter email information and it will send out your work orders without a problem.  It's a great alternative for those who have a different email client.
• Spell Check Now Added To VirtualBoss - no more worrying about misspellings getting sent out.  Now VirtualBoss will check what you type to ensure accuracy.  Easily turn on or off depending if you want to use it or not.
• Improvements to Remote VirtualBoss - Enhanced log on features.  Allow home owners to log on and see the progress of their home, subs can log in and see only what they are working on.  You decide who see what and if they are allowed to edit information.  What better way to have people know when they are scheduled! 
• Some other new features users have asked for!

REMOTE VirtualBoss

Remote VirtualBoss gives you the ability to remotely access your VirtualBoss Task List, Job Information, Contact Information, and more from any computer or device with an Internet connection. You can give anybody full access (or view only access) to your VirtualBoss data. Remote VirtualBoss will allow multiple employees, managers, and subcontractors to log into the system from anywhere. It allows the schedule to be viewed and updated whether people are in the office, on the job site, at home, or out of town. The possibilities are endless. You can have a simplistic 1 user system, or you can have 100 people access the information from 100 different locations at the same time.
