The certified payroll report WH-347 changed on 3/31/2018. This is now included with version 16.0b.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 16.0b (released 3/31/2018):

Certified Payroll Tracking    (if you don't have this module, you can add it! Click Here for more information)
• Changed WH-347 report to new expiration date 4/30/2018.
• Latest tax table 2018-03-13.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 16.0a (released 2/23/2018):

General 
• Fixed a problem with a message “Undefined function Dlookup in expression” on some Windows 10 PCs.

Contractor Billing    (if you don't have this module, you can add it!  Click Here for more information)
• Added a direct cost amount field to the project general info tab under the contract amount.
• Created a new billing report and button with direct cost replacing the project # column.
• Added another option to the filtering option on the billing reports screen for bidding phase projects.
• Made a change to the A/R reports to more accurately show the amount paid through the date entered.

Certified Payroll Tracking

• Changed NJ DOL payroll report to fix a problem with a number being incorrectly printed at the top of the page.
• Changed the OR report to add the check boxes for schedule 5/8 and 4/10 and from/to hours.
• Changed the DE report to fix a problem with the rate and deductions headings not printing on some printers.
• Changed NJ EDA report to not pri the phone number in the email address field.

• New tax table 2018-02-21v.

Communications    (if you don't have this module, you can add it! Click Here for more information)
• Fixed a problem with proposals log when creating a Word template. The Amount column did not include sales tax. Also added the amount column to the proposal list screen.
• Fixed a problem with copying a proposal to a contract change order. Sales tax, email to/cc, and esignature fields were not being copied and the total amount did not include sales tax.
• Fixed a problem with copying a proposal to a proposal. Sales tax and originated by fields were not copied.
• Fixed a problem with copying a proposal to a new contract/po. Sales tax fields were not copied.
• Fixed a problem with copying a contract/po to a new contract/po. Sales tax fields were not copied.
• Fixed a problem with “Copy from Proposal” on contract/po list screen. Sales tax fields were not copied.
• Fixed a problem with copying a contract change order to a new contract change order. Sales tax fields and work order tab fields were not being copied.

Here are some of the enhanced features in Version 16.0 (released 7/11/2017):

General 
• Added Contractor’s Qualification Statement report to print on plain paper or send via email.
• Added expiration date field to insurance tab on companies and company insurance report criteria.
• Fixed emailing issue where the to, cc, and subject fields were not being set in Outlook.
• New version 5.5.1.7 of PDF Converter which has improvements and fixes.

Contractor Billing

• Added Contractor’s Qualification Statement form and report. Prints on A305 or plain paper.
• Added “Print Detail Worksheet” button so you can print the worksheet in landscape or portrait.
• Added option to show both project id and description on billing project listing reports.
• Added “Next App Due” column on billing project listing report and ability to filter by that date.
• Added billing next app due date to the filter criteria on the project list screen and report.
• Fixed a problem with the bars start/end points on Gantt chart reports on Windows 10.

Certified Payroll Tracking

• Added an option to show the fringe rate separate from and after the basic wage rate on the WH-347.
• Added fringe benefit plans and categories that can be used on work classes and time cards.
• New fringe benefit plan reports to show contributions by plan, project, and employee.
• Added date hired to employee screen.
• Improvement to process of creating the CA DIR XML file (better validation and error handling).
• Added new fields to LCP tracker export file (total hours all projects, time card notes, date hired).
• Added option to LCP tracker export file creation to just show last 4 digits of SSN (xxx-xxx-1234).
• Numerous certified payroll report updates (CA DOT, CO DOT , CT, DE, IA DOT , NJ EDA, NJ DOL, NM, NYC DDC, NYC SCA, NV, MO DOL, OR).
• Latest tax table version.
• You get all the updates for the next year to remain current on the report formats and tax table updates.
