Changed attachments so that if an external file is an image, the image is

Can now print RTF attachments without printing from RTF editor. This allows
you to print like any other report, and create PDF or RTF files. -
When creating PDF files, you can automatically append plain/rich text
attachments. -
When emailing PDF or RTF files, you can automatically include external file
attachments.
