Contractor Billing

• Added a summary tab to the project screen to show payment app and billing change order overview.
• Added an items tab to the billing change orders and new Items Listing report.
• You can now enter multiple payments received for each application when using the A/R feature.
• Added a feature to insert a line item into the billing schedule of values. Some restrictions apply.
• If using categories, added the ability to print the entire application for all categories with one click.
• Added a new button to print a summary continuation page that lists each category and the grand totals for that category.
• There is an option to include this report when printing the entire application.
• Easier entry of items on schedule of values to select from master item list or user defined templates.
• Ability to copy the schedule of values and categories from another project.
• New change order reconciliation report to help resolve issues with contract sums and previous amounts.
• Added button to change orders screen to show items that comprise previously authorized changes.

Communications
• New Mass Mailing feature. Create and track invitations to bid or any other type of mass mailing by project and contract/po. Create a distribution list and select print or email for each mailing. Send emails, print letters, and print envelopes or labels. You can also include external file attachments with the emails. Track who responded with their response and bid amount. Print a listing with all the details about the mass mailing. This works with our internal send email capability and does not require a MAPI enable client like Microsoft Outlook.
• Added a “Send Email” button on the CC/Email tab on most of the communication documents. This provides a faster one-click option to send an email message with the attached document and any other external file attachments. This works with our internal send email capability and does not require a MAPI enable client like Microsoft Outlook. Sending your documents via email just got a lot easier!
• Added a summary tab to the project screen to show document counts and status all on one screen. Click on any document status button to open and view just those documents. Great time saver and easy way to locate documents still open or overdue.
• Added feature to log emails sent in the correspondence sent log.
• Added option to Proposals to calculate sales tax on taxable items and print on report.
• Added ability to print all Daily Reports for selected criteria to avoid printing reports one by one.
• Changed “Sent Log” and “Rec Log” buttons to display a form with options to view the log or send to the log.
• Added ability to send attachments to the correspondence sent and received logs.
• Added ability to open the source document directly from the correspondence sent and received logs.
• Changed documents to not print the start/completed/required dates if not used.
• Added a “from company” to the RFI form to be able to select a company in addition to the contact.

Contract Documents

• Added option to print an electronic signature on proposals.
